Impact of Epigenetics on Future Child

Priyaranjani N., D. N. Renukadevi, Mr. Mahadevaswamy R K, Praveen Kumar S.N.

Abstract

Epigenetics is not just a function of the physical and mental state of women giving birth. It’s wide ranging in its scope. Many studies imply that a child can be influenced by the lifestyle and health of his or her parents and possibly even grandparents before being born. Epigenetics marks on top of the DNA, which can be influenced by both internal and external environmental factors and might be passed down from generation to generation.
