Case Report: Sexual Assault: A 14 year Old Teenage Gave Birth to the Child

Abstract


This case report concerns with the case of sexual assault. She was just 14-year-old teenager girl, who gave birth to a male child of 2900 g through emergency lower section cesarean section in view of cephalopelvic disproportion (CPD). She came to the family planning OPD with the complaint of amenorrhea since 7 months after advised for urine pregnancy test which was found positive; after that she was admitted to the high dependency unit and police was informed about the situation. All the essential blood investigations were done and ultrasonography done and first dose of tetanus toxoid was given. Presently she had come with the complaint of pain in abdomen since 2 days. Per abdomen and per vaginal examination was done, and it was concluded that she was in labour pains. Then she was taken for the emergency LSCS in view of CPD. As pregnancy and transition of age both are the burden on a small girl, she experienced stress and also physical change.
