Abstract

The rotating blades of a vertical wind turbine installed in the bottom centre of the chimney base are
utilized to generate electricity using a solar hybrid chimney's thermoelectric technology. A new
technique for generating electricity from a solar-wind hybrid system is the hybrid chimney. A big solar
collector transforms solar energy into heat. Heat is generated in the air above the massive collector,
and the heated air rises. When cooler air replaces the heated air rising, a cycle is set into motion. The
air is heated continuously by the solar collector, rises, and is then replaced with colder air. The air
pressure above the collector is reduced by the heated ascending air. In comparison to the hot air rising
over the collectors, the cooler air over distant land has a lower air pressure. The chimney links the
lower air pressure, which is located close to the collection's centre, to the higher air pressure, which is
located just outside the collector. Air moves from high to low air pressure through the chimney.
Pressure-staged wind turbines inside the chimney turn the wind's energy into power.
