<p>The Friction Stir Additive Manufacturing (FSAM) process is one of the growing additive<br />manufacturing technologies that utilize the concept of solid-state friction stir processing to<br />develop multi-layer components through layer-by-layer bonding. The current work aims to<br />increase the mechanical properties of the previous research work of various authors using his<br />FSAM as a manufacturing process. in this research work three types of tool profiles are used<br />(circular, triangular, square), as well as matrix material is al6063. Reinforcement is sic, b4c<br />and eggshell, during the experimentation fix the machine parameter ( tool 1400 rpm, tool<br />angle 1 degree, etc.) rotation speed parameter and perform the operation. after examining the<br />composite material, hardness and tensile properties increase as well as the microstructure<br />shows a better mixing of the reinforcement. <p>The food serving robot is Arduino based with senser. The robot used restaurants in fast work so easily work time taking in not issue. Gradually we are accepting robots in various sectors like airport, mall, automobile industries etc. Another location that is open to the public is similar to these. We offered potential remedies for each problem that needed to be resolved. Given this finding, we make a suggestion. Gyros is a robot that will be arriving to balance the tray of wonderful meals while it is being served on the table and when the floor is tilted. <p>The dielectric fluid has an impact on the work-piece surface quality and machining rate in electrical<br />discharge machining. The two primary purposes of the dielectric fluid are to flush gaseous and solid<br />waste from the spark gap and to keep the dielectric temperature constant. Using various powder<br />blended dielectrics can improve machining response characteristics including tool wear rate and<br />surface roughness. This study investigates the impact of powder addition on machining output metrics<br />and discharge properties. Further investigation was conducted on the conductivity, micro-hardness, and<br />electrode wear rate of several powder materials when combined with dielectric fluids (EWR). A<br />complete comparison of powder materials is examined in this study to better understand powder<br />selection variables for future studies.</p>Sandeep KumarJosy George

Despite the fact that there are many different types of renewable energy sources, we can still manage to<br />generate electricity using standard conventional methods. In addition to this pollution, the number of cars on the road<br />adds to it. Therefore, we are harming the ecosystem in numerous ways. Therefore, while not entirely, this initiative<br />can help the environment escape from pollution. Currently, our country<br />must employ non-conventional energy. Unconventional energy can be used to produce electrical energy without the<br />need for gasoline. In this project, a simple drive system, such as a rack and pinion assembly or chain drive system, is<br />utilized to produce electricity by harnessing the force created when a person climbs up stairs and converting it into<br />electrical energy with the aid of mechanical L9systems. Having been kept in a The generated energy from the battery<br />is used to switch on the attached loads. One of the portable, effective, and simple-to-use electricity-generating devices<br />is this one. In this project, we are generating power in an unorthodox way that only requires us to climb stairs.<br />Currently, there is a great need for unconventional energy sources. <p>An MCU, or microcontroller, is a tiny computer that is housed on a single VLSI integrated circuit (IC) chip (microcontroller unit). A microcontroller is made up of memory, programmable input/output peripherals, and one or more CPUs (processor cores). Along with a tiny amount of RAM, on-chip programme memory frequently also includes ferroelectric RAM, NOR flash, or OTP ROM Unlike the microprocessors found in personal computers and other devices made up of numerous discrete chips, microcontrollers are designed for embedded applications. Microcontrollers are equipped with all necessary microcomputer parts, including a CPU, RAM, ROM/EPROM, I/O lines, and more. A/D converters, serial ports, pulse width modulation, DMA channels, and other specialised hardware are found in some single-chip microcontrollers. A microcontroller can be utilised as an embedded system because it is a self-contained unit having a processor, memory, and peripherals. The bulk of microcontrollers in use today are integrated into other pieces of equipment including cars, phones, appliances, and computer peripherals.
