Abstract

The design and analysis of safe hydraulic cylinders have become a great concern because of the important role it plays in the automation of industrial equipment and systems. Hydraulic and pneumatic systems are fluid power systems that are mostly used in the industry these days. Most of the failures in hydraulic systems are failures associated with the hydraulic cylinders. Mainly these failures are related to design, materials and structural integrity where the standards of safety are not gratified. The issue of Utilize and execution of bearable design codes for the design and structural analysis of the double acting hydraulic cylinder primarily for industrial industrialization applications. The combination of Pascal Law and Analytical method is use for the development of the cylinder. We will design hydraulic cylinder by using Solidworks and, we will use Ansys Software to analyze the Strain, Stress, etc. Hydraulic is fluid is used for the movement of piston. It consists of tie rods, one cylinder, washers, piston and screws. These are to give credibility to the design for the intent of future manufacture of the cylinder. The bursting pressure, longitudinal stress piston rod and piston diameter, barbell thickness was determined and analyze. The method is used for the design work could provide remarkable knowledge and skill for juvenile design engineers and this cylinder product may be unhesitatingly available to industry for manufacture. We are giving best to manufacture it at low cost and making it work very efficiently.
