Aditya Kumar Yadav, Sarvesh Anand, Imran Khan

Abstract

In this paper, a comparative analysis of automatic generation control (AGC) of four-area power system using integral, PID and Fuzzy-PID controllers has been presented. AGC in large interconnected power system is a major issue. Four-area considered in this paper consists of three thermal area and one
hydro area. Generation Rate Constraint is considered in each area. Sugeno and Mamdani both type of technique with triangular membership function is used in this paper.
