Wireless Control of DC Motor using Bluetooth

Neha Khanduja

Abstract

This paper covers the basics and design of a model of wirelessly controlled DC motor using
Bluetooth. This DC motor wireless controlling system uses the Bluetooth technology for
communication between the mobile device and the model. The main objective of this model is to
operate a DC motor wirelessly by using a Bluetooth module for wireless communication. The
technology will replace the need to connect other devices to control the speed and direction of
DC motor which will reduce the need of extra cables, potentially being able to control DC
motors of varying capacities.
