Abstract

ABSTRACT
Air pollution affects our day to day life and the quality of our livelihood. It destroys the ecosystem and the quality of life on the planet. We need to monitor air quality which is very glaring due to the increased industrial activities over the past years. People need to know the limit of their activities which affect the air quality. This project is all about an air pollution monitoring system. The system was established by employing the Arduino microcontroller. The system was designed to monitor and analyze the air quality. Air quality measurements were taken based on the parts per million (PPM). The result was displayed on the designed hardware’s display interface and could be accessed on any smart mobile device.
