Abstract

One of the goals of Artificial Intelligence is the realization of natural dialogue between humans and machines. Lately, the discourse frameworks, otherwise called intelligent conversational frameworks are the quickest developing region in AI. Numerous organizations have utilized the discourse frameworks innovation to set up different sorts of Virtual Personal Assistants (VPAs) in light of their applications and regions, for example, Amazon’s Alexa, Microsoft’s Cortana, Google Assistant and Facebook’s M. However, in this proposal we are going to create a voice controlled virtual waiter. In the wake of the virus, keeping the new rules and regulations concerning the social distancing, we trying to find out new ways for the hospitality sector to recover from the lockdown. COVID-19 has affected every sector with the hospitality sector being the major one, hence it will be the last to recover. Once the situation normalizes it will take about 9-10 months at least for the industry to recuperate. Hence this proposed system, will work as a virtual waiter, so that we can place our orders, getting recommendations, and managing the bills. It will work just like a normal waiter, although in a more secure and healthy way.
